Get Help

Understanding whether you’re a victim of domestic or sexual violence can be a complex and emotionally challenging process. It’s important to remember that you’re not alone, and there are resources available to help you navigate this difficult time.

Are You in Need of Help?

Consider the following experiences shared by survivors:

“Each time I was assaulted, it was supposed to be the last time.” – Domestic Violence Survivor

“I didn’t know who to tell, I thought it was my fault and that no one would believe me.” – Sexual Assault Survivor

“The bruises left on my heart and in my mind are the hardest things to deal with.” – Domestic Violence Survivor

If you identify with any of these statements, it’s possible that you’re experiencing domestic or sexual violence. You don’t have to face this alone.
