Profile Subaru to Sponsor Starting Point’s Mobile Bidding for Boots ‘n Bling

Starting Point: Services for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence is pleased to announce that Profile Subaru of Conway has signed on as a Boots ‘n Bling corporate supporter and will sponsor the event’s mobile bidding.

Agency Executive Director Melissa Couture noted “we are delighted to have Profile Subaru join us as a sponsor this year. Their support and sponsorship of mobile bidding will help us to streamline the bidding process and ensure fast checkout. We also believe that mobile bidding will enable us to raise more money for the victims we serve.

Starting Point will be the first agency in the valley to incorporate mobile bidding technology into a charity auction. Through mobile bidding, Boots ‘n Bling attendees will be able to bid on silent auction items of interest through their mobile phones or tablets. The agency will have mobile devices and computers available to guests at the auction. Representatives from GoWireless, Verizon Wireless, will be on hand to assist guests and help them bid on items of interest. Supporters of Starting Point who are unable to attend the event will also be able to bid on select items at home, beginning ten days prior to the June 13^th event.

According to Profile Subaru General Manager Dale Pettell, “Profile Subaru is excited about lending our support to Starting Point, which we believe provides critical services to individuals and families in the valley. We’re also excited to help launch mobile bidding. We are optimistic that this cutting edge technology will serve to raise more money for the agency.”

Boots ‘n Bling will be held on Saturday, June 13^th at the White Mountain Hotel at Hales Location in North Conway. Over half of the tickets have been sold and are available online at www.startingpointnh.org/boots-n-bling. Tickets are $75 per person for a full buffet, live and silent auction and dancing to the band Tattoo.
